End-to-end workflow
Search by role and location across LinkedIn, Ashby, Greenhouse, and Lever, then keep only supported listings.
Rank roles by fit, group them into Top, Strong, and Possible matches, and filter by age, workplace, or résumé readiness.
Generate a job-specific résumé and cover letter, show ATS coverage, and keep every change available for review.
Read visible labels, required fields, controls, and page state inside Dinsr’s persistent browser.
Reuse your profile and answer memory, attach verified files, and pause on unknown questions, MFA, or CAPTCHA.
Inspect the action trace, approve the next step or correct it, and make the final submission yourself.
Stay signed in on this Mac and continue without switching to Chrome.
Start, stop, retry, skip, or open any job directly from the queue.
Verification, missing answers, and unsupported pages return control immediately.
See the state, proposed action, rationale, guard decision, and feedback reward.
Before and after
The old workflow
The Dinsr path
How it learns on LinkedIn
On Mac, the Q4 model does not update its weights live. Your feedback creates local records for later adapter training—never a hidden behavior change mid-application.
Capture the current screenshot and page context.
State a concise rationale and target coordinate.
Code verifies that the coordinate maps to an approved continuation control.
Store a +1 approval or demonstrated correction as private training data.

Review before you act
Dinsr uses a persistent private browser on your Mac and limits automation to explicit, inspectable rules.
Application context remains in the dedicated Dinsr workspace.
Automatic filling is limited to stored profile answers you have already approved.
Coordinates must map to allowed controls. Final submission always waits for your review.
On Mac, screenshot/action/reward records export locally for later adapter training.
FAQ
Yes. The guided workflow is designed around visible LinkedIn Easy Apply pages in its persistent browser.
Your profile, résumé, application queue, and reviewed answers are stored in your Dinsr account. Browser sessions stay on your device. Cloud AI processes the context needed for tailoring and answer generation.
The Windows app uses the same three-column workspace layout as Mac: application queue, employer browser, and application copilot. It includes account sign-in, profile and résumé setup, role-based employer job search, compact search controls, a company atlas, local résumé-to-job skill matching, Sol résumé tailoring, Luna answer drafting, selectable dropdown answers, and reviewed form filling. You can review a queue of applications one at a time. Gmail opens in the browser; Mac-specific visual automation and integrated inbox tracking are still being ported. Windows 10/11 and internet access are required.
No. Final submission is code-gated and always remains a user-reviewed action.
